Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service provided by meag888, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the meag888 platform. Continued use following any amendments made is considered acceptance of those changes.

User Eligibility

meag888 services may only be accessed by individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list or gambling ban issued by any relevant authority.
• Not located in a territory or jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling.

meag888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm user eligibility. Documents that may be required include a copy of the identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant documents.

Registration and Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold one account only at meag888. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. The information provided must match valid identity documents. You are responsible for updating your account information if any changes occur.

• Full name as per official documents (MyKad or passport).
• An active mobile phone number that can be reached.
• A valid and active email address.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.

Deposits and Payment Methods

meag888 accepts deposits through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM50. There is no time limit to complete the deposit process, however confirmation of funds received depends on the respective payment service provider.

• All deposits must be made using an account or wallet in the name of the registered player only.
• Deposits by third parties are prohibited and may result in the account being suspended pending investigation.
• Any taxes or fees charged by the payment service provider are borne by the user.
• meag888 does not charge a processing fee for deposits made through the listed methods.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of RM100. Processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours once the request has been approved.

Withdrawals may only be credited to an account or wallet in the name of the registered user. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.

• Withdrawing via the same method used for the deposit is encouraged for compliance purposes.
• meag888 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the account is currently under investigation.
• Wagering requirements for any bonus must be met in full before the related withdrawal is approved.

meag888 reserves the right to review and verify the validity of every withdrawal request. Withdrawals suspected of involving fraud or misuse may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.

Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

meag888 offers various promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus, VIP cashback and seasonal offers. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the respective promotion page.

The meag888 welcome bonus provides a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount received before funds can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,700 → Wagering required: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500

The meag888 VIP programme offers weekly cashback based on membership tier: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%) and Gold (up to 1.0%). Eligibility for each tier is determined by the player's activity.

Game Rules and Data Accuracy

All games on meag888 operate using a verified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. Game results displayed on our platform are final.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, meag888 will take reasonable steps to resolve any dispute. Bets left pending due to a system disruption may be returned to the player at meag888's discretion.

• Game results that have been recorded in the system are valid and cannot be altered.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to influence games is prohibited.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing bets.

Acceptable User Conduct

Players are expected to use the meag888 platform in a responsible and ethical manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful financial activity.
• Misusing customer support by submitting misleading information or making false accusations.
• Sharing account access with another individual, including family members.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions in place.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.

meag888 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension, against any user suspected of breaching these rules.

Account Termination and Suspension

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. All valid balances will be returned to the player once the verification process is complete, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

meag888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any part of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Involvement in activity suspected of fraud or money laundering.
